Greg  Greg Goullet

Our General Manager, has had over 25 years experience in the aquatic & recreation industry. He started his involvement in the industry at the age of 16 when he joined a local life saving club and completed his Bronze Medallion. Since then he has worked in various sectors of the industry including volunteer (and paid) surf life saver, pool lifeguard, Lifeguard & First Aid trainer, National Development Officer for the Royal Life Saving Society and more recently as the General Manager of H2O Pro Pty Ltd.

Greg has been heavily involved in the development of Accredited Courses and Training Packages under the Vocational Education & Training System.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Adult Learning & Development, an Associate Diploma of Adventure Leadership, a Certificate of Business Studies and a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment. He has been made a Life Member of the Gunnamatta Surf Life Saving Club and also the industry peak body, Aquatics & Recreation Victoria.

Vanessa Kolb  Vanessa Kolb

Our Training Coordinator is Vanessa Kolb. Vanessa’s first involvement with the organisation was as a customer participating in a first aid course. Soon after she applied for a position as a casual first aid trainer and then the stepped up to the Training Coordinator role in mid 2015.

Prior to working with H2O Pro Vanessa worked as a first aid trainer for another RTO as well as running her own jewellery making business.

Her hobbies are very sports focused as she is a keen volleyballer.

Her qualifications include the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment as well as a variety of First Aid qualifications.

Sharon Adams  Sharon Adams

Where would an organisation be without an administrator? Sharon is our Administration Officer and in this role she is responsible for answering the phone, processing course applications and processing certificates after courses have been completed. Sharon has been with H2O Pro for over 2 years and enjoys the friendly personalised service provided by the Company.
