Our General Manager, has had over 25 years experience in the aquatic & recreation industry. He started his involvment in the industry at the age of 16 when he joined a local life saving club and completed his Bronze Medallion. Since then he has worked in various sectors of the industry including volunteer (and paid) surf life saver, pool lifeguard, Lifeguard & First Aid trainer, National Development Officer for the Royal Life Saving Society and more recently as the General Manager of H2O Pro Pty Ltd.
Greg has been heavily involved in the development of Accredited Courses and Training Packages under the Vocational Education & Training System.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Adult Learning & Development, an Associate Diploma of Adventure Leadership, a Certificate of Business Studies and a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
Our Training Coordinator is responsible for overseeing our Lifeguard and First Aid Training operations. Helen is responsible for scheduling our courses, allocating our casual trainers and overseeing the quality of our courses.
Prior to taking on this role, Helen was a casual Lifeguard trainer with H2O Pro for 2 years and has been working in the aquatics industry as a Swim Teacher and lifeguard since 2006.
Helen has also worked in property managment and as a kindergarten teacher and she holds a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
Where would an organisation be without an administrator? Danica is our Administration Officer and in this role she is responsible for answering the phone, processing course applications and processing certificates after courses have been completed.
