Meet Our Team

Greg Goullet

Our General Manager has over 35 years of experience in the aquatic & recreation industry. He started his involvement in the industry at the age of 16 when he joined a local life-saving club and completed his Bronze Medallion. Since then he has worked in various sectors of the industry including volunteer (and paid) surf lifesaver, pool lifeguard, Lifeguard & First Aid trainer, National Development Officer for the Royal Life Saving Society and more recently as the General Manager of H2O Pro Pty Ltd.

Greg has been heavily involved in the development of Accredited Courses and Training Packages under the Vocational Education & Training System.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Adult Learning & Development, an Associate Diploma of Adventure Leadership, a Certificate of Business Studies and a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment. He has been made a Life Member of the Gunnamatta Surf Life Saving Club and also the industry peak body, Aquatics & Recreation Victoria.

As part of his involvement in the leisure industry Greg has spent over 20 years working in Leisure centres as a Pool Lifeguard and Duty Manager which includes responsibility for water testing, dosing of chemicals and plant (pumps, filters and chlorinators) maintenance. He is now applying this knowledge to help homeowners maintain their backyard pools.

Kathryn Goullet

Where would any team be without the administration? Kathryn has had extensive experience in administration working for companies such as Bevchain (part of the Linfox group), Fyna Foods and Yarra Valley Gourmet Foods.

Whilst the business administration is the main duty she can also be found helping out in the shop, onsite servicing pools for our clients and packing orders.

Kathryn has a passion for customer service and also runs her own small business, Aura Ranges Natural Skin Care
